Because the products for sale on this website are created by hand, from natural and reclaimed material, there may be natural variations in products.
Returns and Refunds
Time: Customers may request a refund (cancel order) at any point within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any refund requests after this period will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the seller.
Method of refund: Refund will be in the same form as the payment used.
Product condition: Refunds based on condition arrived will be at the discretion of the seller. If you are concerned about an item (particularly larger and more expensive products) safety during transit, please request shipping insurance.

Return Charges: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. There are no restocking fees.
Natural variations are not considered defects. Artisans are not responsible for natural wood patterns, time-told blemishes on reclaimed materials, or ongoing aging on wood and metal over time unless a warranty is in place on the specific product.
